These terms describe use of this website and its educational tools. They are not a credit-restoration agreement, payment authorization, power of attorney or authorization to obtain a consumer report.
Free introductory consultation
The introductory consultation has no eCredit fee and requires no course, monitoring subscription or other purchase. It covers initial questions, goals and planning for a potential report review. It does not promise unlimited assistance, ongoing restoration, automatic disputes or immediate document analysis. Availability of any further service depends on scope and applicable requirements.
Using the website
Use the site lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit someone else’s information without authority, attempt unauthorized access or use these tools to support false claims. The contact builder opens your email app; you must send the email there. It does not book an appointment or submit an application.
Educational tools and limitations
The utilization explorer calculates balance divided by limit. It does not access reports, calculate a FICO or VantageScore, or predict a score change. The checklist helps organize questions. It does not determine whether an item is inaccurate or legally disputable. General information is not legal, tax or investment advice.
Credit reports and consumer rights
You may dispute errors yourself for free. No score increase, deletion, financing approval or specific timeline is guaranteed. Accurate information is not disputable merely because it is unfavorable. Identity-theft claims must reflect the actual facts. Contacting eCredit does not authorize access to your reports or submission of disputes.
Business research preview
The example describes a possible business-entity research report. It is not a completed investigation, live score, certification or recommendation about a real counterparty. No paid report or free-trial subscription is offered through this website. Any future research order will specify its lawful purpose, sources, deliverables, price and delivery and correction terms. This preview must not be used to decide a person’s eligibility for employment, housing, insurance or consumer credit.
Future paid services
No fees are collected here. No credit program, course, software subscription or due-diligence report can be purchased through this website. A separate agreement and applicable disclosures, cancellation rights and payment terms must be supplied before any paid enrollment. These website terms do not waive consumer rights.

External providers control their own products, availability, pricing and terms. Paid monitoring is optional for the introductory consultation and for exercising your direct dispute rights.
