This notice covers the current informational website and consultation contact options. There is no online client account, application submission, document upload or payment processing on this website.
Who operates this website?

Information used in this page
The consultation email builder uses an optional first name, state or territory of residence and a selected topic. These entries remain in the page until you choose to open your email app. The website does not submit them to a server or save them in cookies or browser storage. The calculator and checklist also run only in the page. Refreshing or closing the page clears this page’s state; your browser may separately offer autofill or restore previous entries.
If you contact us
Sending the prepared email shares its contents and your email address with RaiseX through your email provider and our email service. A telephone call may disclose your number and the information you choose to provide. We use contact information to respond, arrange a consultation and assess which services may be available in your location. A consultation request is not consent to an automated marketing campaign.
Do not send your SSN, birth date, monitoring credentials, financial account numbers, IDs, proof of address or credit report by email, text or voicemail. The email builder is not an encrypted client-document portal.
Technical information and third parties
The hosting service may process IP addresses, request metadata and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives network information needed to serve them. This website’s code does not install advertising pixels, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Hosting and third-party services may have their own technical processing and policies.
External links open services with their own privacy practices. No active compensated monitoring referral link is included at this time. Any future referral tracking will be described before activation.
Sharing and retention
The site does not sell visitor form entries or send them to a marketing database. Contact correspondence is processed by the communications providers used to send, receive and store it. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with law or protect against misuse. Correspondence may remain in mailboxes and their backups; this site does not automatically delete email or provider logs. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of correspondence, subject to applicable obligations and technical limits.
Your choices and security
You may browse without contacting us and use free consumer resources directly. Contact us to ask about information you have supplied or to request that we stop contacting you. We will seek proportionate verification for privacy requests without asking you to email an SSN or password. No system can promise absolute security. HTTPS protects web traffic in transit; it does not make ordinary email an end-to-end encrypted document channel.
Children and future services
Consultation services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit a child’s information. A future secure portal will require a notice reflecting its actual data collection, vendors, access controls, retention and consumer rights before it accepts documents.
