Start with what the asset represents
A digital token may have a particular use, claim or set of rights—or very limited rights. Technology, legal rights and market price are different questions. Read the issuer’s actual terms rather than relying on a name or ticker.
Stable is a design goal, not a guarantee
Stablecoins are designed to maintain a reference value. Their risks depend on the issuer, reserves, redemption terms, custody and technology. A target price does not guarantee that a holder can redeem at that price at every moment.
Custody changes responsibilities
Understand who controls the keys, how access is recovered, and what happens if a provider fails. Do not share recovery phrases or private keys. Transfers and recovery options differ from familiar bank and card products.
Learn before taking a position
Evaluate volatility, liquidity, fees, fraud, counterparty and technical risks. The course does not recommend a token, promise returns, execute trades or hold customer funds. Regulation and product terms change; check current official sources before acting.
